Shorter Time Tavel in Europe

Traveling in Europe is bound to become more convenient. This is because of the expected new fast rail projects about to be launched. Now, travelling from Edinburgh to Moscow isn't out of the question. The first project to be launched is the TGV Est. This one is supposed to begin in June, and it will save travel time of about 2 and half hrs when travcelling from from Paris to Strasbourg. This project will also have routes that lead from Paris to cities located in eastern France and Luxembourg, Switzerland, etc.
By November, another project will get under way. Eurostar aims at establishing St. Pancras International station to be located in central London. This first high speed rail system in Britain will serve to cut down travel time by 2 hours and 15 minutes between London and Paris.
In the next couple of years, there will also be a high-speed rail system connecting Brussels to the German border. There will also be an Rotterdam, Antwerp, Amsterdam line, and also high-speed lines in Germany, Spain and Italy.
