The Rezidor Hotel Group will open its second Park Inn hotel in South Africa next year, a 120-room property in Cape Town’s central business district. Due to open in the last quarter of 2011, the Park Inn Cape Town Foreshore will be housed within a converted office building close to the city’s International Convention Centre.

Features will include RBG Restaurant & Bar, a gym, business centre, two rooftop conference rooms, four small breakaway rooms, and a rooftop terrace, bar and swimming pool with views of Table Mountain and Cape Town Harbour.

Rezidor debuted the Park Inn brand in South Africa earlier this year, with a 273-room property in Johannesburg’s Sandton suburb. The group also unveiled its second Radisson Blu hotel in Johannesburg this year (also in the Sandton district), and is set to open a Radisson Blu Safari Resort in Kruger National Park in 2013.
