I recently got back from a client support assignment in Belgium for 3 months. The first time I learned I was going to Belgium, I really had no idea what was instore for me for 3 months in that country. The only thing that popped out of my mind when Belgium is mentioned is the picture of Miss Belgium, who became a crowd favorite when the Miss Universe was held in the Philippines in 1994. ( I was in high school then and yes I admit, I had one of those wallet size picture of Miss Belgium being sold on the sidewalks before….hehehehe). I said to myself, if that’s Miss Belgium, well then Belgium here I come! But there’s more to Belgium that’s just as interesting as Miss Belgium herself.
