Another favorite destination in Central Europe is Vienna. The highest rated five star chain hotel, the RADISSON BLU PALAIS Vienna offers a standard double room at a rate of EUR 490/ night during New Year's Eve period.   By contrast, other Eastern European capitals such as Bucharest (Romania), Sofia (Bulgaria) or Warsaw (Poland) register the lowest occupacy rates during the Christmas and New Year's Eve season.
