Your certificate entitles you to the holiday detailed on your holiday certificate. All our holiday certificates are issued with a long expiry date.

However, from time to time we may have to adjust the itinerary of the holiday due to operational changes and this may mean that the holiday description on the holiday certificate differs slightly to that on the website or the Booking Package when you receive it.

Each tour on our website has a "Package Rate", when you have a valid certificate you are exempt from paying the "Package Rate". Most of our packages include free travel and accommodation, but please check your certificate for full details.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR HOLIDAY Either; If you have received a paper certificate then simply complete the coupon on the certificate and return it to our office as instructed. We will then send you your Booking Pack by return with a range of travel dates up to 18 months ahead to choose from. Please allow 28 days for this to arrive.

Or; If you have received either a paper or online certificate simply complete the on-line claim form below for your chosen holiday and receive your Booking Pack by email. (Please note, only certain holidays can be claimed online)
